But as luck would have it (and this happens often to me), it was time for his break! So on pops a trout! It was too late for me to collect my shopping and move. Anyway, she goes: Oh, we don't take these here. You shopped somewhere else. You will have to go and spend the APG there! !!!!!!! So I insist that that is not the case. You can spend an APG in any Asda. She rings for the supervisor. 13 minutes later and after a few disgruntled customers had walked away to other tills, I finally get to pay for my shopping with the APGs !! Did I get an apology? Did I eck as like!
Have had similar, "why don't you spend it in the store that issued it".
YQ, I read the t&c's, then quote them back to the staff, who more often than not, think that because they work for the company, they know the t&c's better than the client.
Perhaps next time, print the t&c's off, and offer them to the staff for their perusal
How's the mouth now ?Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -

I guess it all took place on the one night (possibly ever!) that I wasn't around
Storm in a teapot and never a banning event. I posted something twittish (sp.? lol), a couple of people called me a twit (sp.?), I certainly didn't raise any objection, but SFHSB got a 2 week ban it seems. Might as well let him back early as he wasn't exactly wrong or overly rude.0 -
