Yep because Prescott asked for the total up to that point (before paying). The discount doesn't show until the cashier presses the last button AFAIK.

It looks as if Prescott didn't get to that end point because the cashier was able to remove the items. Taking items off after the cashier has pressed the end button is a bit more complicated and I think the supervisor has to come over to authorise it.

Had a nice shop at Pets at home today.

I bought a bag of Hills dog food £10.99, and a flexi dog lead £18.

Used a 10% off, a £1.50 off (from the VIP club), and a £5 off Hills.

Total £19.59
