Yeah the SA tilled it in and asked for the total as per receipt, even acted dumb and ask isnt there a offer on these, She then checked with supervisor while I was trying to get it on my iphone. She came back and said "No offer on these that she knew of" and it had come up as no offer on my phone too :(

We have an update for you from the Quidcare team.

We see that your current confirmed cashback amount exceeds the £25 limit we have for payment via PayPal.

Please go to your payment settings to change your payment method to BACS and we'll be able to send your cashback to your bank account.

BACS is free to use and there is no limit to the amount of cashback we can send on to you.

    Kind regards,

    Quidcare

!!!!!!, if I wanted the cash into my bank i'd of opted for bacs, duh.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Hi Prescott, did you go far enough? The discount only appears when the cashier presses the last button AFAIK. If you just asked for a verbal total before that point, I don't think the cashier can see the forthcoming discount or real total to pay, pls correct me somebody if I'm wrong on that point.

    I think you are right.

Worked for me as self service, the discount was applied before paying.

Exactly. Prescott go and get your beer before it's too late
  • Still working from reports on HUKDs.

Maybe the store corrected it? Edit: or just cancelled any offers attached to the products.

It can be corrected in each individual store, when the vodka was going through cheap I bought 3 , went back in and it was fixed yet elsewhere people were still getting it.

They didnt just ask for a verbal total though. The receipt says "total"

  • This morning both the cashiers on the 2 beer shops went a bit 'oooh! that's good!' once they totalled ready for me to pay - implication being they couldn't see the discount until that point.
