  • Evening all

Was very good and gave t's 8 hours notice that I was cancelling my order but they still turned up. Just as well as I know refund has been flagged b
    Up by driver.
I did have some substitutions but still on bogof.
Nevermind first time I have aborted mission, just annoyed home deliveries didn't bother to tell the driver.

Had an impromptu visit to Richmond today. Guy came to collect sofa but couldn't fit it all in car. I offered a delivery price and he accepted. Friend was over so he drove but sun was shining when we got there which was nice.

Massive catch up to do so you have all been gassing about something:rotfl:

The booze [Strike]again[/Strike]*... (or, rather, the large comparable amount spent overall, even after buying boxes each £2 cheaper elsewhere, they still managed to make T a little more expensive:wall:).

Don't worry - I will flip over and examine that M comp. on this in full detail:rotfl::rotfl::D (---I don't expect to find much though:(:rotfl:).

    Wayy...:) - I'm on a roll...(beats my consecutive collection of opportunities to collect 2x 7p and 2x 44p vouchers recently!:rotfl:)

T's were actually cheaper (on the comparables) this time. 8p cheaper!:D

(For what it's worth, Crispy Leaf Salad vs M at £1.05. N/A in S and way more expensive for W. I wouldn't bother!!:wall: - SP Salad vs M surely? Or, a bit differently, the Frozen Mixed Fruit Salad 450g Avs T.)

Only multi on the receipt was the 2 for £3 on the tomatoes. N/A to T (more expensive than 10% in W). I like that - their failure to take up any mbuy offers, especially when they can't do so in a manner that is proper!:D (Better that A be dearer because of a failure to reduce the bill by a mbuy than them taking incorrect ones up.):)

So... no mbuy savings please!!:):) Unless you can do it properly...:D

And..that's it. The only two wombles I picked up tonight (or, rather, prised wetly from the tarmac in the carpark)... and both of them fairly good returns. Quality not quantity.:)

Can anyone remember when Travelodge do their Sale Rooms offers ? I need to book for next January & February again and I think I was able to book sometime around October last year. Sods Law they'll come up while I'm away on holiday.

Premier inn have a £25 sale on at the moment, worth the few extra quid in my opinion.

Makes it a 40p pizza on A vs W, for those in G.B. who have an A but no Sains. avail to them (Svs T on some specific Oetkers from tomorrow, t.com being updated in the correct manner permitting. Probably wait a day more than that - as I suspect the black £2.78 on the right-hand side needs to change rather than just the strapline offer appearance. RHS price won't be changed at midnight itself.)

It doesn't matter if you are miles away from a W (as long as you have an A and are in Great Britain), or if you have no T for miles and miles but have a Sains. for the Dr Oetkers, wherever in the UK you may be!:)

(Interjects in.) I'm sure he could, but they're hardly "significant events"!:D

They would be if someone ate all the magnums while he was at school :D

(and getting that many magnums has to be, doesnt it?)
