IMO always check msm when you are signed out, as there is two different prices.
Mr sheen was 1.40 signed out but signed in it was N/A to T's
Uncle Bens Rice time is 1.00 in T's but shows up on apg as 1.99. I think this is comparing against the 2 for 4.00 microwave rice pouches, so better to buy at T's

I've never checked the kcals before tbw but just had a look and it's 190 kcals for half a tin. Good idea to bulk it with veg to add a bit of spice :T.
