I've used half a tin to add a bit of spice to a 5:2 diet meal of sweetcorn, runner beans and poached mushrooms. Comes in at under the calory allowance and, as I'm really hungry by the time I have it, I will eat just about anything!

APG £9.98 or less also scans through normal tills (or just needs authorisation on self-scan) whereas £10.00 and over needs them to put the amount in. This causes a slight delay (more screens for them to go into) but also sometimes prompts them to question the size of it (which can be a fun conversation on a glitch shop that was a similar price to the APG ).

My A shop today was a test shop to confirm what I have thought how msm worked, also had some large APG's to use up
My A not bothered about how large my APG's are, they just put them through, :j It may be fun to try and go as high as I can until someone stops me, maybe not:D
IMO always check msm when you are signed out, as there is two different prices.
Mr sheen was 1.40 signed out but signed in it was N/A to T's
Uncle Bens Rice time is 1.00 in T's but shows up on apg as 1.99. I think this is comparing against the 2 for 4.00 microwave rice pouches, so better to buy at T's
