Just be careful it's not too tiny, mine didn't register on the scales so the SA insisted on giving it to me for free

DS1 religiously watches these walkthroughs (I've heard a few while he's watching them and there's no way this bloke speaking has a girlfriend!) .
The weird thing he's currently watching some pokemon ones for a game he doesn't even own  (I think Squills comment is spot on with him watching them like a TV program)
I have heard the odd bit of bad language on some but luckily it's no worse than what DH lets slip sometimes :o

Both of my sons love minecraft, the youngest has started filming himself on his ipod as he is playing, and it is soo funny when you walk past his bedroom and listen in, he is talking away in an American accent, I have no idea why, it just sound so funny. He also films himself playing with his little finger scooters and ramps.

I hadn't realised just how popular it is until I started reading those articles. Well our kids must be cleverer than us because I struggle to understand it :o I thought it was just a bog standard building game but it's quite complex:eek: good for the little Nerf brains :D
Thank you for all the links FC - now DS has started big school his primary school friends now in other classes descend on our house in the evening to play (watch him in his world and then take turns). Hence I think why he wants his own server ........ so looks like I'll have to mug up. I am of an era pre computer/ITs in school ............... so the having a good shared conversation re pros and cons of a computer language are just not going to happen. I'm afraid...
The YouTube tutorials are really useful (it seems) and all 3 of my kids watch them like a TV programme. Just be aware that whilst most of them seem absolutely fine, some of them go a bit sweary along the lines of 'holy !!!!!!!' etc

Thanks both :D DS2 is no stranger to YouTube. I assume that's where he learned to call his Dad a wiener :o
I think this is where we began to worry about minecraft - as in fact he spends as much time watching the walk throughs on youtube. As computer is in the living room we heard some of the language....and thought he was playing the game and getting grief... ah ha.. Yes a new common language for them all - while on holiday he was chatting to 15 year old about Bejan Canadian .............so good to see it in the articles.

Off to text a friends dad re setting up own server for the monkeys ............thanks everyone :T

Another route is your Bank under the Direct Debit Guarantee. Give them the details of your cancellation.
I rang my bank to ask about my rights and they are about to issue me a refund :j:j

I've wrote an email to the top dogs at Bauer - shall i still send it? I'm so tempted to ring the girl back who i spoke to twice about "not issuing refunds" and to say to her "ner, ner ner ner ner :p" Shove that Grazia up your pooper. I've also cancelled my regular DD for Heat - just out of protest cos they've peed me off :rotfl:
