Looking for a decent dumbphone

I need to buy a new phone, but don't need the data, wifi, apps and touchscreen of a smartphone (also carry a 7" Android tablet with 3G on Giffgaff £5/month for that). All I need is PAYG texts and calls.
I know I can wander in to all sorts of places on the high street and pick up something for £20 or so, most of which can easily be unlocked, but they tend to be a cheap and plasticky. That's not the end of the world, but i'd really like something a bit better made than that. Nokia 515 would be ideal, for example,

but not available here (yet?). Any other suggestions? Requirements are
- not on contract (just want to buy the phone)
- nicely made, respectable camera would be useful
- great battery life
- unlocked, SIM-free
- not loaded down with pre-installed bloatware (...Orange, i'm thinking of you...)

That 515 is lovely, but since it isn't here, you have the here & now to deal with.
Revisit the Yellow pages & ask the high street folks what they have with a metal case? Then go to see how it feels in hand & once you find the mechanics you like, then dicker for the right contract.
All the best0 -
The Phone Forum might be the better place to ask this:

Read the last paragraph. It cost US$150 .0 -
Looking at your requirement, the main 'problem' would be the camera?
IMO, respectable camera to me is 5MP. And thus, I would suggest you get Nokia Limia 520/ Hauwei Y300.0
