It's been a few weeks now and nothing's happened yet. The transactions are still there and I've had no communication from them at all.

That's odd, you should definitely give them a call - I called them on the Monday morning, the account vanished then reappeared before I left for Belgium on the Thursday, my OH informed me a replacement card had arrived while I was away (either Thurs or Fri, I forget which).

All in all, the turn around from my discovery (the Sunday morning) to having the replacement card was less than a week, it was the following week the forms arrived which I had to fill in (they stated I wouldn't be informed of the outcome, which is fine, I don't care as long as it's all sorted!).

I didn't have a statement this month, as there was zero activity last month, but my statement date is in six days, so I'm interested to see whether it details the fraudulent transaction and its reversal, or if it's just a blank statement.

The replacement card was issued the following day which I received within 5 days.

It's almost 3 weeks now since I reported it. I did ring again about a week after but was told that the items would remain on my account until proved fraudulent but I've had no form to complete as yet.
