Could you spare any craft bits for hospital patients?

Hello, I am in hospital and this hospital has an arts and crafts room (not much in it), they hold sessions people can pop in too or they come to your room if your stuck in bed and do some crafting with you. It has no funding for craft things but tries its best to use anything that is donated by kind members of staff or hospital volunteers. During my time in hospital I've painted stones with felt tips, learnt iris folding and spirelli as well as doing lots of decoupage, next week I'm using a rub on onto a flower pot. They have very limited supplies and I wondered if anyone had some bits in their craft stash which you aren't using, be it pretty paper, coloured thread, kits, stickers, peel offs etc, anything big or small! even knitting things or paints would be good. most of the stuff here is quite 'old lady' as a large proportion of the patients are old but there are also patients like me in their 20's. If anyone could donate anything then the address is; Volunteer Dee, Craft Room, Burrswood, Groombridge, Tunbridge Wells, TN3 9PY Also on the off chance you are local a lot of the people who used to run craft sessions have had to leave so I'm sure any crafty locals who could volunteer would be much appreciated Thank you Ps)please feel free to repost this on other boards or your blog

Vikki-louise I own an online craft supply business so I would be happy to donate some supplies to the good cause. I shall send a package of ribbons, buttons, cards and general things that everyone can use. Hop that helps

Oh how I wish I was local, I would love to be a crafty volunteer. My love of craft has seen me through some very hard times, helped me beat depression and I truely think saved my sanity when my Son died.
I will sort out some bits to send.Slimming World at target0 -
Have you asked the friends of the hospital if they could approach local businesses or organisations (such as Rotary) to donate or sponsor?

I'll sort out some ribbons and things if that's any help?
