Agreement Express

Hey guys,
When I took up my Tenancy I signed the contract online using Agreement Express(electronically).
It was written on the Agreement that, we have attached a Leaflet on "What is the Tenancy Deposit Scheme".

Now, since the agreement was signed online I did not receive any leaflet.
Moreover, there has been no physical signatures involved at all during the process of Tenancy Agreement.

How can I prove that there was no Leaflet also provided to me ?

    For goodness sake!

ANOTHER thread on the same topic?

Is this number 3? or 4?

    Do us a favour!

This thread is for a different reason. I need to get my facts clear first, and thats why forums are in place !
And this is not the same topic.. Open your eyes wide before you comment !
    Either help or leave !

If you want your question cleared, you need to be helpful to people who might (or might not) post to help you.

As far as I can see, you have 4 threads running to do with the start of your tenancy, of which 3 are to do with your deposit and 2 you have started tonight to do with different aspects of the Prescribed Information.

When you carry on like this, important relevant information is split across your threads and the good people who help you are having to duplicate parts of answers. Forums are indeed here for a purpose and they rely at least as much on the goodwill of people such as G_M who provide serious well thought through advice as they do on people who come here with questions

Now show some respect and apologise for telling G_M to leave. G_M is a Landlord who spends a lot of time on here helping tenants. If G_M did leave (which he won't, because he is mature enough to get over your immature tantrum quite quickly), this would just reduce the overall help available to tenants. So overall, your tantrum is just poking yourself and other tenants in the eye.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

There have been 20266 times GM has been thanked for being helpful, I do not think you can claim anything close to that. It is not very wise of you to say others to leave. Forum does not exist with only askers and no helpers.

Hi, I seriously need advice before I do something.
In the previous case, it was said that there can be no action taken against the agent, and it has to be against LL.
But, my Tenancy Agreement clearly says that Agent is responsible in this case.
Moreover, there are so many No-Win-No-Fee Tenancy solicitors available who can help over these issues ( though I have not spoken to them yet).

I am not asking repetitive questions and trying to irritate people , i am not being abusive !
I came to this forum just because I know there are people to help me.
    Anyway, thank you guys.
    Apologies

I don't want to win any Thanks because I dont have information. But when tomorrow comes and ask me about this I will have points to say.

How do you expect me to ask everything in one post ? Agreement Express is totally different issue to the Deposit issue?

It is to acknowledge your apology.

No one expects you to put everything in one post.

    But in one thread, yes.

Your Q about 'Agreement Express' relates to your deposit.

This raises all sorts of related Qs immediately about deposit registration, not to mention issues around agent/landlord liability.

These issues have all been explored in other threads of yours so we have to scour back across your 4...5? threads to review the information.

And some respondants will not realise these issues have already been covered, so will raise themhere, again, duplicating information and wasting everyone's time.
    Either help or leave !

ValHaller is right that I'm "mature enough to get over your immature tantrum quite quickly" and so will not leave. But in this instance, nor will I help!
