Buying concert tickets for someone who is in and out of hospital and my rights

Im thinking about buying my mum and dad tickets to see Martha Reeves at The Assembly in Leamington Spa but the problem is my mum suffers from kidney failure so has to have dialysis 3 times a week.This means that if she has an infection or a problem with her line that she has to go into hospital sometimes.
I dont really want to leave it to the last minute before buying the tickets just in case it sells out.
Basically what i want to know is if i buy the tickets on my credit card have i got any rights at all if they cant go because of my mums health or will it be £45 down the drain?

Don't think you've got any rights at all. Unless there is an insurance option on the ticket?

Looks like last minute is your only option TBH. Most insurances would not cover preexisting conditions anyway
