I sent the first letter to Lloyds Tsb yesterday asking for my money. I included charges that were to be debited from my account yesterday. When I checked my account this morning they have recredited these charges. What do I do now because my letters are now
inaccurate?

Dont worry you are only at the first stage and werent to know that they would be doing this. Your letter predates the refund and they will probably just write and tell you you cant have those. No big deal

Lloyds had transferred the money from another account to cover the charges (without my permission).
