Forgotten answers to itunes/apple security questions

Can anyone help? My son has tried to log on to his iTunes account on his ipod and is being asked for answers to security questions. He has the apple id and password correct but is stumped with the questions. We've gone on the laptop and tried to go through the manage security bit but cannot make head nor tail of it. It says something about a rescue email address but we cannot find how to set that up - I found the whole site a bit confusing.
One of the security questions it is asking is 'what was your first car?' - he isn't old enough to drive so not sure how we could have set that one up in the first place!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Are you sure it's not asking you to set them up, rather than answer them?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -

mummyroys - will probably have to do that as well but will bring it into work tomorrow and see if the office whizkid can fix it.
