I wasn't really seeking financial gain or recompense, my main areas of annoyance were the sales tactics. I have since been in to Santander and expressed my opinions surrounding this. They have now switched her to a free account and apologised. They offered what seems to be Santander's generic goodwill gesture of £50, which I declined as it's the principal that matters. All is good now, and I haven't seen that member of staff in there since I went in...hopefully got what they deserved0
