Hey iv just started my own company to try and maximise my take home pay and earn myself profit rather than some one else.
my credit rating is not good 1/5 on noddle with 2 CCJ`s one will be paid next month the other has £5k left plus i have a few other defaults on the account.
i am now very worried that i wont get acepeted for an account due to my credit past, i have meetings with Natwest,Barclays & HSBC next week and hopefully one of them will accept me. none of my debt is with them i don't need any credit lines just an account to pass 5-10K a month through.
any other tips may help im thinking to try Metro bank to if needed but don't want to go down the Cash plus route if possible.
Any help would be of assistance.

Sorry you have no chance of opening an account as it stands due to the credit check. Checks usually done on each director.
One possible solution is to drop yourself as a director and get someone trusted with clean record to act as a director and be a signatory on the account. Banks often do not credit check majority/major shareholders of a Limited Company.0

Is the CCJ against the Company?
Is moving bank accounts in someway connected to the CCJ?0

This might explain why people use Umbrellor companies ?
Have you got an accountant yet? I'm sure they have contacts ?0

IIRC the bank will check the "key persons" in a Ltd Company being shareholders who hold 26% shares or more and Directors, Co Secretary. If there are many directors they check the ones who are "running" the company plus a couple of others.
If it's just you then I think the CCJs will go against you, sorry.0
