Since your response to the the original citation is copied to the PPC, why on earth would you give them a full heads up on what you plan to do?
1 Because the law in England and Wales is that any part of the claim that is not rebutted is deemed to be accepted; and
2 Because the law in England and Wales also REQUIRES this information to have been exchanged BEFORE the claimant starts proceedings
