21 Martyn . Can we take a back step at the stage where we are waitting for a hiring in the county court , my be back to the ombudsman . The case has has been defended by the TSB and the local court is Birmingham .:eek:

    Not at this point no. The FO will not get involved in a claim that is at the court stage. Hold your nerve and dont stress about court. Approach it methodically and calmly and come to the forum for support and advice if and when you need it. Good luck :)

    thanks Twinkly for your reply the court have nt asked for any info the letter says that i dont need to fill in a allocation questionnaire is that normal . this letter i have be sent is form the northampton county court and my court is in Birmingham will they send me the questionnaire. :o

    Hi Martyn,
    I asked this exact same question over on CAG forum and I had a response too, which was along the lines of 'don't lose your nerve!'. I was / am thinking like you, ie: the FOS has not yet failed on a case - customers going to court however, have - and x2 now and with one being in B'ham, I appreciate your anxiety. I have decided to stick with the court route and concentrated on getting my paperwork right. Do the same and try to stay confident and as your other respondent says too, always keep coming back for help here. I shall!

    hi vmac i keep hearing about the paper work call me thick but what paper work do i need as the letter from the north ham court says i do not need to fill in the questionnaire
