Problems with conveyancing solicitor, any recommendations in the Reading area?

Hi,
I'm buying for the first time and I'm having some problems with the solicitor. They've sent me the paperwork intended for the seller, and a printout of an e-mail exchange between them and another, unrelated client.
I'd rather not name the solicitor as they may read these boards, but they are based in Reading. Do you think it might be an idea to look for another solicitor, and does anyone have any recommendations? I haven't paid any fees or signed a contract with them yet.
Regards

Hi again,
Has anyone used Homeward Legal? They're an online conveyancing solicitor but I can't find any reviews for them.

Manor Hall Law were excellent for the sale of our Reading house. They were recommended through Romans.0

I used Boyes Turner for my rental properties here in Reading. No c*ck ups as yet.

OP
Just be ultra careful that the firm you have dealt with already will not charge you.
