Anyone know anything about unlocking phones?
I have an S3 which I thought was locked to vodaphone. Put an orange sim in it and I can make calls to landlines, but not to other mobiles. I can make and receive texts.
Does it need unlocked? I know that it was working fine when I got it as it was my dads and in full working order.

If it was locked I wouldnt have thought it would let you send texts0 -

If it was locked to Vodaphone then it would not acknowledge an Orange sim0
