Outstanding Customer Support from trueCall

I've had a trueCall call blocker for under a year, and I have been really happy with the peace and quiet it has brought.

I recently posted on the trueCall community forum, about some odd phone calls that had been received overnight (29 between 01:30 and 04:30, unfortunately two came through) and asking for help with some settings. Two days after my original post, I receive an email from their support team, giving a probable explanation, as to the cause and also asking me to keep them informed if we received any more.

Brilliant customer support, contacting me even though I haven't asked for help from them. Thanks and well done!
Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j
