Heritage Open Days 12th to 15th September 2013

Just a heads up to everyone that next weekend is Heritage Open Days at many places across the UK:

http://www.heritageopendays.org.uk/

Some are traditional English Heritage/National Trust places that won't be charging admission. Other sites are sites that aren't normally open to the public at all except on this weekend. You may have to book some sites.

I've guided for various sites over the years from Drop Redoubt and Grand Staircase in Dover to Garrison Point Fort in Sheerness.

This year I'll be helping out at Barons Cave in Reigate on Saturday where if you're lucky you'll get guided by me and get a free fumble in a dark part of the cave. :D
