I never thought I'd say it but Voda phone, specifically Jerry in accounts, have actually done something good.
I'm already on a discounted package because it took them 4 months to set up my account correctly. Was mis sold the package and every month for the first 4 months of the contract I had to ring them to point out it hadnt been, changed, what it should be, and why the hell was I going through this all again. AS a result they knocked a tenner off the package. That was 18 months ago.
2 months ago I changed my bank, every one else on DD's managed to change details but not Voda phone. I was wondering why the phone had been quiet when I realised I'd been cut off! I rang customer services to be told my DD had failed so my account was in arrears. I paid the account on Debit card and gave them my new bank details....... one month later i get a text telling me my account was in arrears ! I ring accounts, my DD has failed! I recount the tail of woe to the man at the end of the phone and ask him if he though they were providing good customer service, he apologised, which I took as a no. I didnt raise my voice, (much) was firm but told him i was sick of being at the receiving end of Vodaphones' poor admin, I had to bite my tongue when he recited my bank details and they were the new ones! Customer services had updated my details but not actioned the DD. As a result this months DD of £23.20 has been waived as a gesture of good will. Its not much, but by doing that I feel Vodaphone admitted they messed me around and have wee wee poor admin.
