BLIP - Unpaid item case ????

Has anyone else got problems regarding ebay opening unpaid item cases??

I have messages below items I sold last week - every one of them paid, but message is stating unrecorded payment and unpaid item case will be opened according to my preferences.

I have went in and changed my preferences to NOT opening any unpaid item cases.

Happened a few times with me - but it does not seem to go on to open a case.

Going back to manual myself - as you have to leave a minimum of 8 with NPB assistant - and sometimes you know they just arn't going to pay.

I had visions/nightmares of all my buyers getting really annoyed with me for opening a non payment case against them (although it would have been ebay), then them all leaving me negs !!!!!! :eek:

Same here - so i watched it carefully, ready to send grovelling applogies to the buyers :rotfl:

I think its probably delayed info about payment being sent to Ebay - or just delayed updating on Ebay.

Either way - i'm glad to have full control back
