We are collecting any brand of empty baby wipe packets and also any brand baby food pouches like Ella's, Heinz, Plum etc.
All items collected will stop landfill and help grant wishes to long term suffering children. Please help to grant wishes by supporting "Lauren's wishes" charity.
Terracycle turn these items into watering cans, benches etc
Many thanks for all your help.

How are you collecting them?:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

Happened to be in Sainsurys in Norfolk the other day & noticed a collecting box, on behalf of a charity, for empty baby-wipes by the exit.
Good idea.0 -
How are you collecting them? And does it have to be baby wipe packets or would face wipe packets be okay too?Save in 2014 Challenge: #193 £4,197.70/£50000

What in the world do they do with empty baby wipe packets? Are you sure it's not a hoax like wheelchairs for bottle tops?0

Well, how about that. I looked it up and found this story:

I'm sceptical about their business model. Can't see how they would make much money from the items they have for sale. Perhaps corporate sponsorship keeps them going.
And as fundraising concept? How many baby wipe packets would a typical family use? One per week? If so each family could raise the sum of £1.04 per year. You might raise more money looking down the back of the sofa.0 -

We've raised £43.00 so far from recycling waste and to benefit children.
We would really like people out there to start collecting for us as we have to send a minimum of 4k for it to be counted but every one counts for us.0 -
