Black bug orange spots

I have just been to my lottie and my broad beans are covered in black fly - no surprises there but they also have lots of black bugs with orange spots - quite long and thin - I have googled them with no joy - any ideas what they are - I am hoping they are eating the black fly. Friend or Foe do you know?
