Hi,
Could you have a squint over this for me and see what you think. Sorry I don't have exact unit sizes.
12 Kitchen units. 1 Tall Larder, 1 Double Oven Tall Unit, 1 Fridge Freezer, 1 four drawer base unit, 3 500mm base units. 4 900mm high wall units = £3836.75
Appliances (Plinth heater, hob, double oven, fan, microwave) = £1584.80
Sink = £192
Tap = £96
Lights = £120
Ducting Kit=£80
Cap off radiator=£80
New sockets=£100
4m Granite fitted=£1400
Approx 10m square karndean floor fitted=£450
Glass fitted instead of tiles=£858
Labour=£2600
The labour stood out, as well as the colonial kitchen units. Granite seemed pretty well priced. They reckon five days for the kitchen plus into the following week for floor.
Thanks

Your quote is very similar to one i am about to agree on Friday,we are having a few more units and a lot more appliances,we have two studded walls to be taken out and a radiator to be taken out and a new rad in its place.
Also 17 metres of Karndean @ 22 per metre and £ 150 to lay.
I have a labour bill of £27750 -
Debtfreeian - looks like a fair price, i'm going through the same process right now.
Where did you get your granite price from? That looks very competitive to me - so would be keen myself!0 -
Looks very reasonable to me....Granite price especially.
If the fitter does not come recommended then I would ask for references.0
