Courier has my customers goods!,theft?

Hi,
a courier company has an item of mine that over a period of two months has twice promised to deliver something for me, this has not happened, I cannot contact them on any of their three phone numbers or email address.
Surely this is now theft?
Today I have been given the address by the third party booking service, any ideas if I can use this information legally and if so how would I go about this.
David.

Do you send it, or did someone send it to you?One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

The police are unlikely to be interested in it and so it is probably better to deal with it as a breach of contract assuming you were the sender.
What address have you been given? If you bought through a booking service then check your contract, it is likely that your contract is with them and not the courier and so it is the agent that you need to be pursuing for the breach0
