Csa

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to put this.

About 6 weeks I was contacted by the CSA & was told by them that I have overpaid & they owe me £871, all goodf as I would have never have known otherwise. I left it 4 weeks for the payment to hit my account but it didnt. I then phoned them to ask where my payment was only to be told that as I was currently paying there was no payment date scheduled for me to be paid (apparently this is standard procedure for the CSA - they have a dept thats sole purpose is to pay as little as possible). However the lady I spoke to said that she had spoken to a colleague & they would put a payment date in order to push the payment through. Roll on a fortnight or so & several phone calls later I keep getting told that the payment request is in the system & they will e-mail the dept to remind them that I have been chasing my money. My question is can they do this if they have already addmitted they owe me the money, why cant they just take the money they owe me off my monthly payments & what can I do to expedite payment ASAP.

Also I am due to work away can I give them permission to deal with this via my wife (not my Ex)

Sorry this is long

Many Thanks
Blue
