Energy Switch Cashback
Having recently used the price comparison site for energy suppliers, I was expecting to receive £80 cashback into my bank account. Although the cashback was paid promptly, it was only £50. I am having problems of knowing how to make contact with the relevant part of the site which can address the problem. Any ideas? Incidentally, although I was unable to print the page with the cashback offer, I did take a photo of the screen which clearly showed the available offer of £80.

Did you take an image of the associated terms?
Was it perhaps £50 from the suppolier & £30 from a comparison (or cashback) site?
How recently was it?
What site did yoiu use?
Who did you switch to?
Most comparison (& cashback) sites need you to wait a few months to see their cashback ... and some even need you to claim it.
I suggest you try & find the terms if you didn't save them. If you do ever find them, I suggest you try following them. If that fails, see if you can find some FAQs to see what you should do.
Or even find the contact details of who owesa you the cashback and see if you can contact them.
But ultimately, as MSE Martin says, cashback (from third parties) is not guaranteed until it lands in your bank account.0
