Freesat – Holiday & Cruise Competition Terms and Conditions September 2013
1. Entries must be submitted on www.facebook.com/freesat between 09.00 Thursday 5th September and 23.59 Wednesday 11th September 2013.
2. The prize winner will be selected at random from correct entries on Thursday 12th September 2013.
3. Entry to the competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Freesat, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
4. The prize is an 8 night cruise to Spain and Portugal, departing from Dover on 16th November on Fred Olsen Cruise Lines Black Watch.
5. The prize is for two people sharing a twin cabin. No transport to or from Dover is supplied. No spending money is supplied. No cash alternative is available. Freesat reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of greater or equal value.
6. The prize winner will be notified via phone or email. The winner must accept the prize within 2 weeks of notification otherwise a redraw will take place.
7. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this competition. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-in to receiving future correspondence from Freesat. Entrants who opt-in will have the option to unsubscribe from any future correspondence.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, delayed, corrupted or incorrect entries.
