Hi I thought it was because he couldn t remember his password but apparently it's because the user profile cannot be loaded. Can anyone tell me how to rectify this in easy terms please and what usually causes this. Thank you0

Hello
I seem to have a similar problem to original poster. We have got a message that the logon password has expired and needs to be changed and no -one can remember the original one! The password was saved as I kept being asked what it was by family members using the laptop. OK I have tried all variations on what I thought was the password , capitals etc and failed to put the correct one in. TBH I feel totally stupid!! and I am just winding myself up trying to remember it! Please has anyone ,that has more brainpower than me (not difficult), got an easy way to logon bypassing the password? I would appreciate it, thanks
