I am on a use up the freezer mission as would like both defrosted before weather turns horrible. Small one have managed to empty this week but this means the big one is groaning at the seams. So all main ingredients will come out of the freezer this week.
Saturday - Baked fish with vegetable noodles and salad
Sunday - Sausage and Pasta Soup
Monday - Chilli and rice
Tuesday - Beef Chow mein
Wednesday - BBQ chicken, Rice and salad
Thursday - Chicken and Bacon in a spicy tomato sauce
Friday - Breaded chicken fillets and ribs with Rosti potatoes and salad
Lunches will be wraps, sandwiches or left overs
Will bake some cakes at the weekend for lunch boxes and roast a small gammon and a chicken for sandwiches.
Looking forward to seeing everyones meal plans for the week
