I am on a use up the freezer mission as would like both defrosted before weather turns horrible. Small one have managed to empty this week but this means the big one is groaning at the seams. So all main ingredients will come out of the freezer this week.

Saturday - Baked fish with vegetable noodles and salad

Sunday - Sausage and Pasta Soup

Monday - Chilli and rice

Tuesday - Beef Chow mein

Wednesday - BBQ chicken, Rice and salad

Thursday - Chicken and Bacon in a spicy tomato sauce

Friday - Breaded chicken fillets and ribs with Rosti potatoes and salad

Lunches will be wraps, sandwiches or left overs

Will bake some cakes at the weekend for lunch boxes and roast a small gammon and a chicken for sandwiches.

Looking forward to seeing everyones meal plans for the week

    [STRIKE][STRIKE]Goan peanut curry with rice[/STRIKE][/STRIKE]

[STRIKE]Salmon, lemon and chilli pasta [/STRIKE]

Mexican Quorn mince with spanish omelette
This turned into [STRIKE]Paprika Quorn chicken with rice[/STRIKE], which was vile. So will actually stick to the Mexican idea at some point

LMc Tuscan fillets, jacket potato and green beans

Veggie Caribbean stew with gungo peas and rice

    Celery and butterbean parmigiana
This may now have to be [STRIKE]leek and butterbean with orzo [/STRIKE]as i have no celery at the mo until Friday, and i have already soaked the butterbeans

Quorn Peppered steaks, cauliflower, brocolli and new potatoes DONE

As always, subject to change as not sure if DD1 will eat some of these. DD2 definitely won't and already has her own limited menu, as she is a proper Miss Fussy pants
