Sovaq for woodworm

Hi
Has anyone any knowledge/experience of using Sovaq for treating woodworm in the home? We have bore holes under our stairs and there is a risk that it is in the staircase.
We've had a woodworm expert round who seemed to know what he was talking about and he has suggested that we spray under the stairs and lift the carpet on the stairs to treat.
Is Sovaq safe to use in the home? We have 2 young children so want to be sure.
