If they are based on photographs, then someone owns the copyright. You need to find out who (could be a photographer, could be a photo library)... it's a complex issue.0

i don't really understand the reason for your suspension but I got suspended recently and managed to 'speak' to a real person through ebay's 'live chat' - and whether you can shorten the 7 day period or not, you might feel better just talking about it with an ebay person. good luck.Aiming to take control of my life:A
