Thanks for the advice everyone. Atm I am waiting for it to be returned and I'll see where I go from there. Also thanks for reminding me there is an ebay forum here. I hadn't really remembered about it and I'm sure I will be able to get help there too (hopefully I won't be needing it though!).Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. Take heed - what they send you may not be what you sent them! My brother sold a genuine Pandora bracelet and the buyer claimed it to be a fake - and when my brother received what he thought was his bracelet back - it was a different one and a fake - so the buyer had kept his real one. After months of appeal my brother won the appeal and the buyer lost out. But only because my brother had kept proof, close up photos etc. It is amazing how many criminals there are out there! makes me sick!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
