Hungry House only want good feedback

We ordered a chinese takeaway through the hungry-house website
It was Awful the food was cold items were missing the sweet and sour had no sauce and my son felt poorly after it.
HH asked for feedback which I said " the meal was awful and cold" this was the reply
Thank you for sharing your opinion of Yum Yum after your recent order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to publish your review because it breaks our house rules.
At hungryhouse, we do believe in creating a community where all views ½ both positive and negative ½ can be shared for the benefit of everyone. For this reason, please do take the opportunity to edit

I reworded as sent again and got the same reply - How can I leave a 1\2 possitive review when the food was so bad!
so if you dont see bad reviews it because they aren't allowed not that the food is good

There that feels better...

This is quite a common policy, unbelievably.

I did a review once for Sugarvine which was only marginally negative and got a response that they could not post the review on the website as it had "negativity aspects" and the restaurant concerned might sue them!

Oh well, you've left your feedback on here instead.

I used Just Eat the last time I ordered a takeaway and left a really bad review, its still there. Maybe that's the key if they have the takeaway you want to order from!

Hungry House have a g0475e (I've tried to make it unsearchable with digits, do not try searching if you don't want to be mentally scarred) logo. I can't use them for that reason alone - the mental association is too scarring!

Lol, apparently you're not the first to notice. Fair play to them, I like somewhere with a sense of humour:
