Credit Report fixed but not Rating

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking for some advice for fixing a problem with my credit rating. I've used the free report from Noddle for quite some time now and have found it to be very useful.

Last year I had two instances where late payments were recorded against my account (barclays credit card). This was due to an error with Barclaycard taking my direct debit.

I've fought and fought and finally received an apology letter from Barclaycard assuring me that all records will be removed from my report, I have logged into Noddle and can see that they have been removed from my report, now all OK's but my rating went down from 5/5 to 3/5 and has not gone back up.

Does anyone have any experience or advice for how to get this back up?

Thanks!

Alex

Your rating on Noddle is a meaningless number like all CRAs scores.

    Ignore the scores they're worthless.

Get it back to where when the number means nothing and no lender sees it, whats important is whats on the report.
  • If you want it to be 5/5 again, just write 'my credit score is 5/5' on a post it note and put it in your wallet. Job done and just as valid.
