1. Promotion open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Asda, Walmart, their agents and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

7. 6.1 Mountain Bike Prize Trip for 2 adults, over 18 and 2 children aged 12 or under includes: Return train travel from mainland UK train station to selected forest holiday park; return private station transfers to forest holiday park; 4 nights’ lodge accommodation at forest holiday park, based on two adults and two children aged 12 or under sharing a two-bedroom lodge; two children’s activity packs; two adult mountain bikes; two children’s mountain bikes; secure delivery of bikes to mainland UK address. Destination can be chosen from sites in Scotland, North Yorkshire, Gloucestershire, Cornwall, Nottinghamshire or Hampshire; Four-night prize trip must be taken from Monday to Friday; bicycle delivery available to mainland UK addresses only; children’s bicycles will be suitable for children with a maximum height of 141 cm. Minimum age for pony riding lessons is 6 years old.
   
9. 6.3 Sailing Club Prize Trip for 2 adults, over 18 and 2 children aged 12 or under includes: Return train travel from mainland UK train station to Lake District; return private station transfers to hotel; 5 nights’ hotel accommodation in Lake District, with a minimum four-star rating, based on two adults and two children aged 12 or under sharing a family room; daily breakfast; two-day family sailing course, including one night sleeping in the cabin; one-hour motorboat hire around Lake Windermere; sightseeing boat cruise around Lake Windermere; hire of all equipment and lifejackets. Minimum age for motorboat hire and sightseeing cruise is 5 years old.
   
10. 6.4 Ski School Prize Trip for 2 adults, over 18 and 2 children aged 12 or under includes: Return train travel from mainland UK train station to Manchester or Leeds; return private station transfers to hotel; 5 nights’ hotel accommodation in Manchester or Leeds, with a minimum four-star rating, based on two adults and two children aged 12 or under sharing a family room; daily breakfast; four beginner ski lessons at indoor ski slope; one hour’s lift pass for free skiing at indoor ski slope; 45-minute sledging session; 30-minute ice slide session; Hire of all equipment and protective clothing. Minimum age for all ski, sledging and ice slide activities is 6 years old.
    
11. 6.5 Surf Academy Prize Trip for 2 adults over 18 and 2 children aged 12 or under includes: Return train travel from mainland UK train station to Cornwall; return private station transfers to hotel; 3 nights’ hotel accommodation at Watergate Bay Hotel in Cornwall, based on two adults and two children aged 12 or under sharing a family room; daily breakfast; three half-day surf lessons; hire of surfboards and wetsuits for three full days. Minimum age for all surf lessons and equipment hire is 6 years old.
    
12. Train travel available from mainland UK rail stations only; a valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into all accommodation

14. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available.
15. Prize is subject to availability and cannot be taken from 21st December 2013 – 2nd January 2014 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Bank Holiday.
16. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
17. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
18. Winner must be aged 18 or over. Anyone in the party under 18, travelling with extended family or friends, must have written permission to travel from their parent or guardian.
19. All other costs and expenses incurred in taking up any prize are the winners’ and guests’ own, including, but not limited to: transfers within the UK, travel insurance, airport taxes, extra baggage allowances, car hire, excursions, helmets and other bicycling accessories, attractions, treatments, all other meals and drinks, tips and other gratuities, personal expenses and all other spending money.
20. Entry is limited to once per household per day. For each entry, you must enter the last four digits from a new Asda receipt number or online order number.
21. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
22. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. Any entrant trying to circumvent the rules (including but not limited to) multiple mobiles, multiple emails or false names will be disqualified without exception.
23. Winners will be selected at random via an independently verified, randomised computer process.
24. Maximum one prize per household.
25. Winners who entered via text will be notified by text within 5 days after the closing date and will be asked to provide their name, address, and postcode and telephone number in order to be contacted by the fulfilment concierge to fulfil their prize.
26. Winners who entered online will receive an email confirming they are a winner 5 days after the closing date.
27. Winners should allow 14 days, from the date of notification before they are contacted by the fulfilment provider. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for your original receipt for verification purposes.
28. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available except in the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
29. Whilst all reasonable efforts will be made to contact all winners, if this cannot be achieved within 28 days of first attempting to make contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award any prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.
30. Prize-winners will be asked to participate in publicity with no recompense.

32. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the promotion will be final.
33. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
34. 28.1 Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
35. 28.2 Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
36. 28.3 For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
37. 28.4 Prizes that have been lost, stolen or damaged following delivery.
    
38. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to participants or their property as a result of taking their holiday, unless negligence on the part of the promoter is proven.
39. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Promoter shall have no liability to any entrant.
40. The Promoter will collect such personal information that is required for the administration of this promotion. By entering the promotion participants agree to the use of their information in this way. We will not pass on your information to third parties.
41. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. All entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions.
42. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrants before making a prize award.
