The Royal Mail service has gone down hill, I've had several parcels go missing in recent years, It would not surprise me at all that RM had lost both parcels, or the postie had delivered to the wrong address.
Keep pushing them for your prize though. all the best.0 -
Try going into the Local delivery office with copy e-mails particularly since they say they were sent by Royal Mail and ask them to check their end.0
