in Credit cards
Hi there, I would really appreciate any advice anyone can offer. I am a stay at home mum and have existing credit card debt that I would like to shift to a 0% card. Although our household income is very healthy as I am not paid a salary I am really stuck finding a card to switch to. I have read a recent thread about the possibility of my husband getting a 0% card and using that to transfer to but I would much rather keep everything in my name if possible. I'm sure others have been in this situation, can anyone suggest any cards that I might be able to try? Thank you!

I got an Asda Money credit card, which wanted to know about household income rather than individual income, as I was in the same situation as you.
That was about 8 or 9 months ago but I would think they still use the same application criteria. I can't remember now though if I was offered 0% interest for balance transfer on getting the card or if it was a few months later.
Good luck, I hope you manage to find somthing.0 -
Thanks so much Sophie, I'll have a look at Asda. (Fingers crossed!)0
