Some help with Experian please

I've recently signed up for Experian's free trial, and had my PIN number sent to me.
However, on logging in my credit score appears to be 0 and I am unable to proceed to my report. It keeps citing a technical error and suggests I ring the help desk.
I suspect the problem may be with my address, although the letter found its way to me, it is incorrectly addressed and I can't seem to change the details on the system.
I'm reluctant to phone them as they only provide a 0844 number, and we don't have them free on landline or mobile.
My Equifax report showed me as having good credit (and the only red marker being not registered to vote - which I am, and which I contacted the council about and they promised to update the credit reference agencies), so I don't really think I have a 0 score.
Would anyone have any idea how I can cancel Experian without telephoning them? Really don't want to spend money on this, and its been such a faff.
Hope someone can help, thanks for reading.

From this article http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/credit-rating-credit-score#trickPlus note down how to cancel: It's very easy, just call the freephone number 0800 561 0083 (may not be free from mobiles).
Not sure it still works but worth a shot.
However I'd try getting the address issue resolved, as if you do apply for credit anywhere and they only search experian it could cause you issues.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thank you for your reply-
I repeatedly emailed experian and they eventually sent me a free phone number so will be cancelling soon.
All good
