Bosch customer services :(

Having spent £3000 on bosch products i am dismayed at their level of customer services. After my dishwasher failed within a year of its 2yr warrenty, bosch took 5 attempts to sort that out
. Again, just barely outside of my warrenty my fridge has failed. The moldings that hold shelves on the fridge door have cracked
, baring in mind these bits are molded as part of the door, hence can't buy spare parts!! this happened to my mum as well.
So 2 different models, 2 different addresses & the SAME fault
. This has escalated to director levels now & all they are happy to do is make me pay for a new door £120+!!, so much for bosch being products designed for life
