If I have booked 8 flight tickets with Monarch online and then change my mind, is there a cooling off period where I can claim a full refund. Maybe under distance selling?

Their website suggests that on schedule flights no refunds.

such a shame, I only booked them last night because I was fed up waiting for Easyjet to release prices for next May. Now they have and they are £30 cheaper per seat.

Flight tickets do not come under the distance selling regulations.

    From the website:
Cancellations - (except under Article 5 Regulation EC 261/2004 "the Denied Boarding Regulations")

3.24 Bookings for Flights are generally non-refundable except as provided in these Flight Terms.
If you cancel your Booking no refund will be made. Any taxes, fees or charges levied by Government or other authority will be refunded on request, subject to an administration charge of £25/37.50 euros per refund transaction (not per passenger). Fuel surcharges, admin fees, credit card charges and passenger liability charges are non refundable.

They might not be for 8 seats. A few might be available at that price and the rest could be in higher price bands.
