Hi, sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, its my first post and wasn't sure where to put it!
I just noticed on paypal website they have a debit mastercard which you use as a normal debit card.. but I can't seem to find info on charges for this. Does anyone know if it charges to withdraw from ATM machines?
I thought it would be useful to top up with my spending money for the month so that I don't spend more than I plan to...Any advice appreciated
Thanks

Is the Paypal debit card still available? As I remember it, it worked like a prepaid card and debited the funds in the corresponding Paypal account and only worked at ATMs but I thought it was discontinued.0

It is still available. It was called the 'Top Up card' but they now call it a Paypal Access card. Make sure you are not logged onto the US site where it is indeed a 'debit card'. The fee is £4-95 to issue the card. There are ATM fees but apart from that, day-to-day spending is free.0

Thanks, is this the best type of card for me to use or do any of you know of a better pre-pay type card?0
