Colonial Kitchens plus other q's

Afternoon everyone,

Had a kitchen co out yesterday to do a design and fit for our kitchen. His company push Colonial Kitchens exclusively. Still waiting for the quote but I have a feeling he's going to be out of our price range.

Has anyone any experience of Colonial Kitchens, both from a quality perspective and cost, say compared to the discounts you get from Howdens etc.

He was also suggesting Kamdean flooring instead of engineered flooring. I'm not sure I'm sold on that, but any experience of that I'd be appreciative.

Beyond that, he's pricing for granite surfaces. There'll be two 2m lengths in an L shape with a cut-out for sink and hob. Any idea what that would cost generally?

Thanks.
