DLA advice please!!

hello, im hoping someone can help please.
I currently receive DLA higher rate mobility and lower rate care as well as ESA.
I have recently had a review of my DLA which has been extended for at least another 2 years without any problems. About 6 months ago i went for an assessment for my ESA which was an absolute nightmare they basically said there was nothing wrong with me, had to go through a long drawn out tribunal which was extremely stressful.
The thing is im now thinking about moving in with my girlfriend and our 6 month old baby im a little worried about how this will affect things as i dont think i could go through all the appeals and tribunal process again, it really got too much for me the last time.
I would just like to know if they will re assess me if i move. My girlfriend has just recently finished maternity and is going to college. The property she lives in is council. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

Moving in with someone is not a change of circumstances - with regards to your condition.
However - once you move in, if you are on income-based ESA - both your incomes will count with regards to ESA, which may reduce or eliminate it.0
