Does anybody have this problem with monthly interest payments from Shawbrook?

As I have investments bonds with a number of UK institutions I need to be able to identify monthly payments arriving in my Nationwide current account. With ALL monthly interest payments, except Shawbrook, the name of the institution shows in my Nationwide statement.
I have been bouncing between Shawbrook and Nationwide for over a month trying to get 'Shawbrook' to show against the incoming amount in my NW statement. Only my name and no other reference shows.
Nationwide tell me that what shows in my NW statement is controlled by information entered by Shawbrook in the Faster Payments system. Nationwide tells me “I can see that the incoming credit shows the payee as Shawbrook however this has not been keyed on the reference / Further details information box.”
Finally Shawbrook have responded with "I have raised this with ourfinance and IT departments but I’m afraid this is not something that will change overnight. It has to be investigated, priced and implemented so you may see this again for the next couple of payments, however this has been raised."
Shawbrook have been very good with their communications and it is not my intention to start a 'hate Shawbrook' campaign.
However, I find it strange that this seems such a complicated task at Shawbrook and if indeed it requires a major change to their system then surely I can not be the only person experiencing this irritating situation... or am I?
Comments from, and experiences of, other Shawbrook investors receiving monthly interest payments into another bank will be gratefully received.
