Dear All,
4 month ago I received a new Electrical Key and I am shocked as I am paying much more than I used to. Before there were two of us and we were paying £15.00. Now I am hardly cooking, hardly at home because I am constantly working, however I am paying £20.00 per month.
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Someone told me to check the setting on my boiler a sort of meter with teeth. I looked, but not sure what I have to do or how to re-set.
Please help
Many thaks

Well unless there has been a price increase, you are paying more because you are consuming more.happy_winner wrote: »Dear All,

Have you spoken to your supplier regarding advice on how to cut back?
Have you read the instructions on how to operate your boiler correctly?0 -
Your meter should hold all the info you need to see what is going on.
When you press the blue button, the details on the screen will change, and the letter on the left will work through the alphabet (you will need the key in to see some screens).
If you make a note of all of this and put them up here we can see what is going on.0
