Kitchen installation plus works

Hi everyone,
I've just bought my first house and need to get the kitchen gutted and a complete new one put in. As well as the works associated with that (new electrical supply for the oven, making good the walls after the old one is ripped out etc), I'm also getting the ceilings skimmed, downlights put in, new flooring put in, a small built-in cupboard knocked out and made good and all the walls painted.
One guy has quoted me £3,900 and another guy has quoted me £2,400 (and a third quoted £7,150!). Now obviously the cheaper quote is the more attractive but I'm worried that it's too cheap? The guy doesn't have any real presence online except for a new Checkatrade account opened in July but he did seem to know what he was talking about when he came around to quote.
Bizarrely, both guys quoted exactly the same to rip out and fit a new bathroom, so I'm not sure why they're so different on the kitchen?
Any ideas/advice greatly appreciated!

How many wall units, base units, worktop per meter run, and appliances need fitting?0

Hi Osdset,
There's 10 base units (including 3 corner units) and four wall units. There's a dishwasher to plumb in, an integrated double oven and an integrated microwave, as well as a hob and an extractor hood that's going to be ducted out, plus a pull out larder.
The worktop is approximately 7.5m, with the sink and the hob cut out of that.0 -
